How to Order

  1. Add to Cart
    Clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item detail screen, adds that item to your shopping cart, and takes you to your shopping cart detail screen.

    From there,
    • You may edit your shopping cart and update the price total based on the changes you made there.
    • You may continue shopping by clicking on the "CONTINUE" button and add more items to your shopping cart.
    • You may begin the Checkout process by clicking on the "CHECKOUT" button (the round button on the right side) and you are taken to the next step.

    - The number of items in your shopping cart is also displayed on the top of each screen.

  2. Begin Checkout process
    Clicking on the "CHECKOUT" button (the round button on the right side) on Your Shopping Cart screen begins your checkout process.

    At this point
    • If you have logged in, you will be taken to step 4.
    • If you have not logged in, you will be taken to the next step.

  3. Login or Create an Account
    • If you have purchased from SmarteBuyer.com before, or you have created an account before , enter your email address and password in the fields of "Returning Customers" block of the page and click "Login".
    • If this is your first purchase from SmarteBuyer.com and have not created an account before, enter your information in the fields of "New Customers" block of the page and click "Submit".

    Possible error messages in this step:
    - This email( your email address ) has already existed in the system
    You have an account created before using this email. All you need to do is to sign in by entering the email address and password in the "Returning Customers" block.
    If you have forgotten your password,
    click here to get your password emailed to you by entering your email and click the "Send me the password" button.

  4. Ready to Pay
    Clicking on "PAY NOW!" button, you will be taken to the "Checkout Form" screen.

  5. Fill out the "Checkout Form"
    • Your credit card information
    • Your billing information
    • Your shipping information
    • Instructions (How should we handle your order?)

    Clicking "I Authorize this transaction" button takes you to the Review and Confirm screen.

  6. Review and Confirm
    Check the accuracy of the information you provided and make any necessary changes. Then click "Confirm" to submit your order. After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. We will also send you a shipment confirmation email at the time your order (or a portion of it) is shipped.

  7. Track Your Order
    Most orders can be tracked in our "Track Your Orders" section. If you wish to track your order, go to Track Your Orders.
